If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined above, please refrain from using the Services and request a refund, if applicable.

SALES POLICY

• By purchasing our Services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

• The purchase of our Services grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services on a single device for personal use.


PRICING AND PAYMENT

• The price of our Services is as stated at the time of purchase and is subject to change without notice.

• Payment for our Services is processed through the designated platform's payment gateway, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

• Any additional fees, such as taxes or transaction charges, may apply and will be displayed during the purchase process.


STANDARD REFUND POLICY

We believe that our work goes towards creating Services of excellence. However, we believe that as a matter of demanding an extra set of requirements to use in conjunction with our Services that sometimes it may not match your expectations.

There is the possibility to apply for a refund. However, as the Services are available on a third-party platform, you are requested to read the following carefully:

We only make our Services available through the Google Play distribution platform.

• It is through Google Play that requests for purchase and return of purchased products or services must be made.

• Refunds must be requested via the Google Play app.

• Services can only be returned in the country or region where they were originally purchased.

• Refunds are based on the original payment method.

• In accordance with Google policies, the deadline for requesting a refund is 48 hours from the date of purchase.

• The Services developer will make reasonable efforts to ensure the functionality, reliability, and compatibility of the Services. However, no assurance can be given that the Services will be error-free or that it will operate uninterrupted.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Services belong to the Service's developer.

• You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services or any portion of it without prior written consent from the Services's developer.


LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

• The Services's developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or any other intangible losses.

• In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not allowed, the Services developer's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
